Registration is now open for the 2017 season. On-line registration is required and will allow you to provide us your contact information, your eSignature on our waiver and consent forms, and submit a required $100 down payment or payment in full.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. If you would like to add additional contacts such as; a Nanny, Sitter, Grandparent or Step Parent, please make sure to add their email address as well. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. We will also accept payment by check but require that all participants register on-line and pay a $100.00 deposit to save a spot.
DUES and EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Registration fees for the fall 2017 season will remain at $650 as it has for the past several season with multiple discounts available. On-line registration before June 1st with a $100 deposit will afford you an Early Bird Discount of $100 of your registration fees. Our system will automatically charge the same card the remaining balance on July 1st. Registration after June 1st is not eligible to receive an Early Bird Discount.
All registration fees are due in full by July 1st. Payment arrangements must be made in advance of this date.
ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNT
Families with multiple participants in our program will receive a discount of $100 for each additional player registered. If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $100 discount on the second (and third) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates. Please contact the registrar for any specific questions, we are here to help.
Our families and players are our best recruiters and as a thank you we offer an additional $100 Referral Discount. One Finder’s Fee is available per player; families with multiple referrals receive $100 per player provided their referral(s) registers and pays before July 1st. Please note, the FIRST family that refers a new player to the program, will be the only family receiving a discount off their own family dues. If a second family refers the same player, the second family will not be eligible for the referral discount.
Once you submit a name into the referral process and that individual is confirmed on a roster (registered), you will be emailed a DISCOUNT CODE that will need to be entered into the payment system prior to the balance charge date July 1st. If the referral doesn't sign up until after July 1st or you do not catch the final charge in time to apply the discount code, other arrangements will be made to ensure proper credit will be applied. All discounts are applied to the referring families registration fees. Limited to free registration of 6 referrals.
MILITARY and FIRST RESPONSE DISCOUNT
Military and first response families are eligible for a special discount as a thank you for their service. Please contact our registrar for further details.
Every child should have the opportunity to play the greatest game on earth. NSYF and TCYFL offers special financial assistance to those families in need. Visit www.tcyfl.net and click on Play Football Grants just below the TCYFL logo located in the upper left corner of the TCYFL home page. There you will be able to apply for additional financial assistance. We do require all participating families to complete on-line registration in advance. Please contact us with further questions.
